Socio-economic Tay Ninh Province, Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision No. 210/QD-TTg  dated October 27, 1998 to establish Moc Bai border-gate economic zone with a total area of ​​986ha.

An Phu Residential Area Project with an area of ​​37,9946 ha located in Moc Bai Border Gate Economic Zone. Currently, this is the only completed residential project in this Border Gate Economic Zone.
